Spruce Mountain Ranch Wedding | Larkspur Wedding Videographer & Photographer

Meagan + Cole found Michael and I at the Wine & Nosh Couture Bridal Show for their Spruce Mountain Ranch Wedding. Cole and Michael hit it off right away as they are both Minnesota natives, and big Vikings fans (Skol Vikings, right?!). You could tell Cole was preoccupied with the Vikings game that was on during the bridal show, but he did his due diligence by getting our info to Meagan who couldn’t be there. Once they decided to hire us for their Spruce Mountain Ranch wedding, the countdown begun!

Since they lived out of state, we first met with them the summer before their June wedding, and then I met with Meagan again a month before the wedding. It honestly all felt so natural as we got to know each other in the wedding process. We talked about our midwest and Minnesota connections, and laughed about the Vikings. Wedding details, how their Spruce Mountain Ranch wedding would be at the lower pavilion with all these amazing rustic, romantic details. We were so excited!

Before we knew it, their wedding day had arrived! I was 6 months pregnant with our second son, and we were ready to rock the day for these two sweet midwestern friends (I do need to add that Mrs. Hartwigsen is a Colorado native, just like me!). The day went just as it was meant to – so beautifully. I loved Meagan because she did a first look with her dad, her in-laws, her brother, her bridesmaids, and of course, her betrothed. One of our favorite details was the fact that Meagan + Cole took dancing lessons for their first dance. They were absolutely smitten.

A beautiful Colorado day for some out of state folks. A union between two best friends dedicating their lives to each other. Dinner, drinks, lots of dancing, and almost too much merriment. And a whole lotta love!
