What are we talking about today?

October 18th, 2024 for this Colorado Wedding Videographer was like many other beautiful wedding days. Bri + Tyler are getting married at The Woodlands in Evergreen, Colorado! The weather forecast showed overcast for the majority of the day, with a possible pop of sunshine during the golden hour. Colorado, however, had other plans in mind.

As the ceremony started, and Tyler took his place, the rain came. While they say that rain on your wedding day is good luck, but what does snow mean? Well, when it’s the first snow of the season that happens right before the bride walks down the aisle – we say that it’s the ultimate luck! The Woodland’s barn doors opened and Bri made her entrance with her dad. It was so beautiful! Her dark hair and striking smile amidst the falling snow was truly something out of a fairytale, a snowy fall Colorado wedding.

Bri and Tyler were so easy to work with throughout the wedding planning process. They were excited, energetic, and ready to get married! Furthermore, they booked Sun Prairie Films 11 months before their wedding day. That is such a great amount of time to book a Colorado Wedding Videographer because you never know how fast we’ll book up. We’ll be writing a blog post soon about when the ideal time is to book your Colorado Wedding Videographer. For now, we’ll focus on this fun-loving couple.

They, smartly, trusted the Kaitlyn McGee & Brett Gnadt with The Party Preztel for all of their planning. As always, we highly recommend finding a trusted event or wedding planner to help you plan your wedding day. Their guidance, support, and help are worth their weight in gold! For their florals they chose an incredible family friend, Darlene, who retired out of the flower business after 25 successful years; and as you can see from their video below, Darlene did not disappoint! The gorgeous colors ranged between peach, pink, red, burgundy, and ivory. The flowers themselves were zinnias, roses, eucalyptus, and dianthus.

The Woodlands in Evergreen, Colorado, is the perfect venue (where we are preferred vendors), proved to be a great blend of modern-industrial nestled in the Evergreen mountains.

Cori, with Evergreen Photography, photographed their wedding day so beautifully. Dinner was deliciously provided for by Mountain Crust Catering – I mean PIZZA people! And Chris Duffey with Seamless Entertainment wowed the crowd like he usually does.

A few notable mentions…

Their pupper, Lincoln, was the goodest boi you could even wish for! They had a Frank Sinatra impersonator during their cocktail hour, and he was ah-may-zing!

Lastly, Bri recorded an audio note for Tyler right before she walked down the aisle. Her intention was to get Tyler emotional, and you could definitely say it worked!

“Hello my love. I just wanted to take a minute and tell you that while we took our time getting to this very day, I wouldn’t change it for the world. We made it. Just like you said we would. You are my protector and best friend, and the one I choose to spend the rest of my days with. We have worked so hard to get to this special moment, and I can’t tell you how excited I am to finally be your wife. All the people we love most have traveled near and far to spend this special moment with us. I can’t wait to start writing our next chapter together. Just take a deep breath. I’ll see you in just a moment. I love you.”
